We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Meatloaf Sammich

Working on this for the next fest.  almost there just a few tweaks are needed
Roasted the veggies on the mini then into the processor with some bread to make a veggie panade

Veggies mixed into a 95/5 ground beef mixture and then formed into a loaf

Had to cut the French bread loaf in half to fit on the small

Wrapped in bacon and on the small

Off and cooling down

Sliced and served with chipotle mayo

Just a little soggy on the bottom. Next time will definitely will toast the bread before adding the uncooked meat.  Was not al all greasy.  Good flavor . Cooked indirect for 90 minute at 350.  Enough leftover for several meals.  For the two of us will use bollios or Hoagie rolls.
