I read on here someone posted about smoking whole eggs and getting basically the effect of a hard boiled egg that was smoked. I tried to do this yesterday with a dozen eggs. 275 dome indirect around 30 mins. They were not done at all. Went another 30 and were about soft cooked. My wife got impatient and boiled them. I think it was @cubbs
that did this. I want to make smoked deviled eggs next Sunday for Easter. We made egg salad which is awesome but I thin it could have been smokier without the boil.
