@henapple, i lightly salt & pepper the ribs, put them in an aluminum tin, fill about 95% with vernors then cook at around 375 for 1 hour. then flip the meat add more vernors if needed and add the bbq sauce (we used sweet baby rays) then cook for another hour or so flipping every 1/2 hour and I always add more sauce at each flip. careful flipping in that last hour as the meat is already starting to fall off the bone.@smokindawg82, my boats are made up of cream cheese, shredded mexican cheese, precooked crumpled sausage (jimmy dean i think) then mix up salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper. then dust the top with your favorite rub. Be careful though as you cannot stop eating them!
