We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Partially frozen butt -- ready for egg?

I searched and found a few discussions on this topic.  I've got a not-completely-thawed 10 pounder I'd like to get on this afternoon.  Planning on serving it Sunday night.  Any problems/precautions putting it on the egg partially frozen?  
Also, we've got three inches of snow on the ground w/ more on the way in Colorado, going to be an interesting cook!
