In honor of tonight's VCU Rams Basketball Game, I created the Havoc Burger; meatloaf mix of beef, veal, and pork, melted pimento cheese, purple onion, dill pickle, hot sauce, ketchup, and mustard on a toasted sesame seed bun. Ooey gooey juicy goodness with a beer. Go Rams!

Love it! That is one kicked up burger!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The taste combo is pretty good. Pimento cheese is great on a cracker, with that cheesy mayo pimento thing that it does. It's even better on a juicy burger. Add the heat of the purple onion, bite of the dill pickle, and spice of the hot sauce; awesome tastes together.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

I'm going to have to do one of these soon..
Did you do direct cook or reverse sear? I did some reverse sear burgers the other day that were amazing.. Loved the crispiness of the outside with the moistness of the inside.

Sorry, I didn't include the cook technique. I did them with a raised grid, direct, at 450*. Next time, I'll add the cheese sooner after the flip, in order to maximize gooieyness.
