We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Thursday night Apps and burgers

Decided to do some apps and burgers tonight. Abt's and turtle eggs. Jalapeño abt's have diced shrimp in them. Sweet pepper abt's are for SWMBO and the younger kids. Doing them indirect, platesetter legs up @ 350 for probably bout an hour. Then the burgers will go on. Oh yeah also threw on a small piece of deer tenderloin soaked in apple juice, discarded, then soaked in teriyaki and soy, then wrapped in bacon. Will post more pics as everything finishes up.
