Wow! We had so much fun... and I'm still full! I just wanted to let everyone know that I wrote about our time at the Sunshine State Eggfest on my blog, Necessary Indulgences. Lots of pictures, of course. :)

This was our first Eggfest but it won't be our last ( I can see how these things become addicting). We will be in Austin next month...

My wife and I did not get to meet Kristi but had a lot of fun. I got a great deal on an XL Egg Demo that never got used. The food was amazing. The information and tips were wonderful.

Kristi, I made the mistake of looking at some of your recipes on your website before eating lunch. Now I'm in the mood for buffalo burgers and my burrito just won't cut it. It was nice to meet you and your husband at the egg fest.

Looks like a grand time was had by all at the Sunshine State Eggfest! Judging by how many are STILL hung over from Salado, I doubt it was a better time than Salado. Just kidding :)

About the t-shirts - I ordered a few from them on 3/1. My order still has not been filled according to the website as of this morning, let alone being shipped. I'm calling to cancel my order today. Hopefully, yours won't take 3weeks or more to ship.

I answered last week and explained I screwed up. I thought it was one of the Sunshine Eggfest pre-orders. My fault. I made them and planned on sending them this afternoon or in the AM. I had them in my car and was at work. But you received the Paypal refund you asked for today. Ill donate the shirts with the other shirts to the porkopulis fest (sp). I only posted this since a post was directed at me.
