Ok - I've got a sick little one and haven't gone to the store. Could use some help coming up with dinner ideas. Here's what I've got: Fresh mushrooms Chicken Pork tenderloin, small one Bacon Dizzy pig swamp venom and jerk Garlic Muenster cheese Red wine Mixed veggies

    I'm not sure what cut of chicken you have but you could stuff the loin with the mushrooms and cheese...maybe skewered veggies too.

    Options
    Rub and cook the tenderloin until internal temp is reached. Sautée sliced shrooms with evoo salt and pepper until tender. Slice the loin and serve with the shrooms and a little bit of the melted cheese on top.
