Paella Pan Suggestions

I am looking to get a paella pan - I saw one at Target but its says "for stovetops" which I read as "this will melt in the BGE". Any suggestions?

    A paella pan has to have a large diameter - maybe two inches deep, and the original idea was to have the center hotter than the outside, which allows you to cook different foods accordingly.  Somewhere in my garage i have "another" gasser that is strickly designed as a Paella cooker.  It is 36 inches in diameter and has different gas controls to heat different inside "rings" of the pan.  I mainly used it for cooking breakfasts at tailgates -- it was great -- maintain potatoes and sausage or bacon on the outside, and fry eggs in the center.

    Late last summer, TJ Maxx had a rather large assortment of sizes of paella pans.  Wish I had bought one then, but hopefully they are in the back and will come out again when the weather gets better here.  These were carbon steel pans not stainless.  Also sam's Club had a seafood paella mix that looked interesting, but not having a pan, I didn't try it.

    I have a 16" ceramic/cast iron paella pan from Copco many years ago and it fits perfectly on my large BGE.  Also have a 24" that fits on an Xlrg but the handles get in the way to close the dome.  Sits up about 1/2 " from full close but works great.  Target probably never heard of a BGE.  The pan should look like a paella pan 1 1/2-2" deep sloped sides and metal.  Just 'cause it says stove top should not be a problem.

    I got mine at TJ Maxx were much cheaper than most others like $5-$10 for the pan.
