okay, putting on my first spatchcock turkey, a 10 pounder for dinner tonight around 6 pm. I've done many 5 pound chickens and these take about 1 hour at 350 dome temp. What should I expect for a turkey?
I've never spatched a turkey before, but I did cook 14lber a few weekends ago at 350 ish and it was done in a little over 2 hours, so I would guess about 1 1/2 hours.
