help with cooking time for spatchcock turket

okay, putting on my first spatchcock turkey, a 10 pounder for dinner tonight around 6 pm. I've done many 5 pound chickens and these take about 1 hour at 350 dome temp.  What should I expect for a turkey?

    My best guess would be 1.5 - 2 hours.  

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. 

  • I've never spatched a turkey before, but I did cook 14lber  a few weekends ago at 350 ish and it was done in a little over 2 hours, so I would guess about 1 1/2 hours.

    I spatchcocked an 18 pounder and I think it was less than 2 hours. Take luck!
