HARLEM SHAKE- Travis style!

Got to say, its the best brisket i have tasted!
Made a few adjustments myself, but the brisket was gone before i could take the after pictures.

Did the Travis method to the letter but with some salt lick dry rub but no mustard, it was done 5 hrs later with some Pecan chunks for smoke.
After I foiled and wrap for the cooler, tested the juices left on the pan and they where just too salty. Added some extra beer, but did not help. Then I turned to the fridge and had some hunts BBQ sauce. I mixed a small amount of the juice with the BBQ sauce and it started to taste better but still on the salty side. So i went ahead and mix the whole batch and added some Honey,put the whole mix with the onions left over on the blender and it turned out awesome. A bit on the slim side but could be reduced more.
