Went to "Hap's" Cheese-it's Meatloaf

Finally got around to trying Hap's recipe using "Cheeseit's" instead of bread crumbs in a meatloaf. It was much different and very good! Thanks for the tip!

That looks good, cheeseit's sounds interesting, will have to try it.

Sounds and looks good! I like using Alton Brown's method and crumbling up croutons instead of breadcrumbs. Gives great flavor.
