Served up with a Sweet Tater...  I used to abhor sweet potatoes, but found that they aren't too bad as long as they're not baked until they're the texture of baby food.  I personally do not like cinnamon sugar on mine either.  Too sweet for my taste.  I personally like butter, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.  That may be wierd, but I like it.  ;)

    Lol... Thanks, y'all. Parmesan cheese is a great topping for piping hot sweet potato fries, so I figured "why not?" on baked sweet taters. It's good IMHO. :D

    I ordered Sw tater fries at a restaurant and they put cinnamon sugar on them, I sent them back and asked for plain. I added salt and pepper, they thought I was weird.

    Looks great. I personally like cumin seeds on my sweet potato fries, and then dipped in honey mustard. No one I served them to has passed them up.
