Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

I'm with Nola. Who wants to discuss respiration(breathing, not the cellular kind)?

Say hello to bicarbonate. He is our friend.

Unfortunately, that one leads to this one:

Acetaldehyde - which is one of the reasons you can feel like crap the next day....but dat don't stop me ;)

I have a hygrometer in the shop.  I'll check the relative humidity next time I cook something and see if we can resolve this mystery with some motherflippin' science.

Now we're talking!  Any idea where I can find a high temp hygrometer?  I assume it's kind of hard to measure humidity at temps over 212f.  Would be interesting to know how the humidity in the egg affects evaporative cooling  - http://amazingribs.com/tips_and_technique/the_stall.html.

Or I could just cut out the the middleman and start making turbo butts and ribs instead
