Wing Night and need leftovers.
Sprayed with butter PAM and lightly dusted with Bone Sucking Sauce and Kickin' Chicken.
Done indirect at 400 for 40 minutes.
Pretty darned good.
Need leftovers for The Spouse tomorrow, because I will be home late. Playing my first time with an Irish band that invited me to join with my concertina.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

@Doc_Eggerton-thanks for the idea-I gotta admit this may be your first wing recipe where I have all the ingredients in-house and not chasing Dichicko's (although that stuff is habit-forming:)) or some other necessary element. Looks great as always! BTW-congrats on the Irish band event.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
