Cooked at 400 with a 17 inch cast iron pan for the roasted potatoes under them receiving a rain of sin juices. That pan was there on and off so as not to burn the potatoes. In the mean time it rested in my hot oven witch couldn't close completely as than pan is so big lol.
I turned the chicken skin down 2-3 min at then end, that's it.
