Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

watch out if you make them for the kids. she put them on bamboo skewers. then with a open lid at about 400ish she roasted them on a stick. the trick to it is to wait the outside sugars will get soft and will tend to burn. but if you keep them moving you will succeed in makeing the inside warm and gooey. then comes the hard part. you have to wait till the outside sugars resolidify. or they will be too hot to eat. dyal can attest to how hot they are!!!
