We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Getting better at steak on the egg! Pic Included!

I did this one at about 500 degrees direct and it turned out very GOOD!!!  The rub makes all the difference in my opinion.  After letting it rest, it was so juicy!  Loved the flavor! 
The potatoes on the side took like 5 minutes to make!
