We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Getting better at steak on the egg! Pic Included!

I did this one at about 500 degrees direct and it turned out very GOOD!!!  The rub makes all the difference in my opinion.  After letting it rest, it was so juicy!  Loved the flavor! 
The potatoes on the side took like 5 minutes to make!
