I just made my first Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake and it was in a word amazing. Granted I made it out of pillsbury pre made mix, but it might be the best CC cookie I have ever eaten!
Sliced to perfection! Look at that melted chocolate! YUMMMMYYYYY!!!
These turned out way better than I thought! Cooked indirect at 375 for about 15 minutes!

I just took a log of the regular pillsbury cookie dough and pressed out in a small pan after putting pam on the pan. Made sure the thickness was the same all over pan. Cooked indirect platesetter legs up with grill grate on top of that. Then put pan in at 375 for about 14-15 minutes. They are so good! Just cook until the edges turn lightly brown.

Looks like it needs a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a big hunk!
