I personally go for a big greasy fry up but have yet to do breakfast on the Egg so I need to experiment with that.

  • we do mexican breakfast every weekend (just had a breakfast taco 3 minutes ago) which is always good for hangovers. But any greasy meal will do in concert with "The Trifecta": Coffee, Water, Bloody Mary...repeat until hangover is gone.

Aspirin, caffeine, water, bloody mary and eggs.  Hold the bloody mary if it's a work day.

I tried grits for the first time whilst at Mardi Gras. I tried them twice and they just did not do anything for me. I think it's one of those things you have to grow up with.

If I'm at work a Gatorade followed by a large cinnamon roll and a glass of milk.  If a non work day, big glass of water 1 extra hour of sleep, then eggs and hashbrowns.  If it's a football Saturday add a bloody mary to the at home process.
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.

Lots of fluids. Water and electrolyte replacement. Your body is telling you that you that your dehydrated. The best cure is prevention. Drink water while boozing. No problems the next day. Sorry, that's the nurse coming out.

You are a male nurse as well? This place is crawling with them.
