The steaks will be saved for a later date. Brisket and roast to be done this weekend, some for dinner and some for next week.

I will post some more this weekend. I have some grill gazebo "updates" to post as well.

Funny thing is, for what I paid for all that meat, I couldn't even take the family out to eat to one of them high end swingin weenie restaurants. I guarantee this will be better.
