Family leaving Friday for spring break vacation. I'm unable to join them due to a project at work. Need some ideas of some cooks that I can do over the weekend that will be fun and challenging but only needs to feed one.

i always buy a big a** dry aged ribeye (local grocer will hand cut 45 dry aged) when i fly solo and the wife is off doing something fun its my way to balance the equation. make sure to take pictures to rub it in.

Wife is going out of town in 2 weeks. Hope to see an idea or two here also. One item on my list is to try making my own pretzel rolls and plopping a big ole brat on one or two of them.
