Filet loin

Did a filet loin and some chicken quarters. Turned out pretty awesome.

    Looks great. Any rub?
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
  • I always use the same seasoning for my filet. I use EVOO, sea salt, cracked pepper, onion flake, and garlic powder. I also did some chicken Quarters. I had 4. So I did two with the same seasoning as the loin. Other two I used a jerk seasoning. They turned out awesome as well.
