tim the owner is commited to making his customers into eggheads. some owners are not as open to having people come in and teaching their customers. if you have a dealer there in columbia that would like such a event dont hesitate to call. we also do something similar in augusta. but that is in late spring or early summer..

@FanOfFanboys no need to bring anything just come up and join us! it is a private business and my guess is drinking is discouraged! but if you are feeling left out on the cooking there is a ingles across the street :D i look forward to meeting some new eggers. i have known vidalia one and his wife mint tulip for six or seven years but most of the people over here on this forum i have never met! i even met a fellow egger from my town on the old forum. he and his wife have been to my last two birthday parties. we have gotten together on several occasions. so i look forward to meeting some new eggers

Haha. I hear you man. Got a bachelor party back home in Beaufort, SC. It is on an island my friend owns so I will be cooking like crazy all weekend. Unfortunately, not on an egg but in a huge smoke house. Doing a whole hog. Going to be a good time drinking, cooking, fishing, and telling lies. Y'all cook and have a beer for me. Will catch you next time.
