What better way to start off a new week than with a friendly reminder that it's only

until the Salado Eggfest.

And while you're struggling with the decision to attend, almost 200 of your fellow Eggheads have already decided they are not going to miss it. And they have submitted their registrations in advance, something that you could easily do by clicking http://saladoregistration.blogspot.com/
and following the instructions. They're easy enough that an average 5 year old can do it.

And be sure to indicate whether you intend to cook or not. We only have so many Demo Eggs to use and only about 6 hours to use them in. At some point we may have to cut off the number of Registered Cooks. Of course, you can always bring your own Egg and cook non-stop all day without having to share it with others. s'up to you...
