We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Razorback

Went to Fayetteville, Arkansas yesterday to watch our Hogs beat Kentucky in basketball - to celebrate, we went by the local meat market and bought a couple of "Razorbacks" - bone in rib eyes:

Tonight I egged them - first, the sear:

Five minutes seared each side, then raised the grid (no picture - it came out too dark to post)
After another 10 minutes each side took them off:

And plated them with some eggplant parmesan:

Wonderful way to celebrate!!!!!
