We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! You've seen my legs before....

......but what the heck I like to prove that you can cook on the Egg anytime, it does not need to be a special event.

Chicken legs that needed to be done.  Did not get around to marinating in Allegro Hot & Spicy, which is our favorite.  Used a previously unopened Webber Kicking Chicken rub that I picked up I don't know where.

Holy cow, is this stuff spicy.  Use with care or strip the skin.

No on the plate to show, these are meant for lunches later this week.
