Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope everyone’s enjoying the first few days of summer. For us, the weather heating up means one thing - the EGG’s gonna be busy! Whether you’re making stuffed burgers for a backyard grill out, some brats before a baseball game or searing a steak for dinner on the patio, we hope you’re doing it with full flavor and having fun all the while!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

You've seen my legs before....

......but what the heck I like to prove that you can cook on the Egg anytime, it does not need to be a special event.

Chicken legs that needed to be done.  Did not get around to marinating in Allegro Hot & Spicy, which is our favorite.  Used a previously unopened Webber Kicking Chicken rub that I picked up I don't know where.

Holy cow, is this stuff spicy.  Use with care or strip the skin.

No on the plate to show, these are meant for lunches later this week.

Great legs! I'll have to try that rub, since I love spicy stuff.

I really like kickin chicken and use it all the time. I've got a Allegro in the pantry too, might have to give your legs a try!

Hey Doc - one of my favourites, Weber Kickin' Chicken. Mine came as a freebee with the purchase of a Stihl trimmer. Great stuff, real heat and wonderful taste.
