Sunday Dinner and Weekly Prep...
Going to do another London Broil since the last one turned out so well. Also doing some polish kielbasa and fresh asparagus. Slicing up the left over pork from last night and having it all with some slice tomatoes.
Simple, paleo... And now I'll have some proteins cooked up for salads this week.
Not sure about the storm on Wed and since I'm on call this week, egging during it might be kinda' tough.
