Meatloaf Smoke

Do y'all add smoke to your meatloaf. If so, what kind? I have Apple, Pecan, Hickory, or Jack Daniels Oak.


  • I threw abt 2 handfuls of dry pecan chips on there. It was perfect.

  • I use apple, but I think I use Apple for most, I love apple. I do think pecan would be good. You the JD goes with anything lol.

    I ruined a meatloaf using pecan, and pecan is supposed to be mild.  After that i don't use anything on my meatloaf, the lump alone is enough for me !!
