Trex Porterhouse with Smashed Potatoes with panchetta, chives, cheese and white truffle oil.... Yum! Ribs on deck for today. Anything in the foil (apple juice?) during 3-1-1?

I use Martinelli's Apple Juice. But, I'm new to this way of making ribs..

FWIW, I sprayed some apple juice/apple cider vinegar on the ribs before I foiled. Worked great.
