Thanks mtcecil!

First of all, a big thanks to mtcecil for the great table idea! I just started a new table Wed night for a friend, It will be similar to mtcecil's table with the rock work on the outside, his wife wanted something to match the house and kitchen. I sure hope it turns out, I have never worked with rock before. So far, im sure you could park a mac truck on this frame...wish me luck

  • Very nice. I've been wanting to try my hand on a rock "something". Would love to build an outdoor fireplace

Im not looking forward to the rock work at all, never worked with it, and to be honest, dont work with wood very much either. hope it turns out, if it does, i may have to build myself a new table when the deck is done...

Well mine is only a few months old.... But eventually I think I'm going to have to do one of these for myself... I will wait awhile, because I'm sure I will want to add a small. Once the back deck is started, and done, then I will decide on a new, or final table...

  • Yeah. I built the bare minimum. We're hopefully buying a nicer place in the next year. There I will make my backyard. Will probably be a continuous work in progress for the next 20 years.

Always is! Everrytime I complete a project out here, I find a new one! And I'm a young buck, so I have many years of work and upkeep to go out here...I hope

Looking good! I was hoping I posted the right table when you asked about it from that picture back in January.
