We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Once every few years everyone has some place to be...except me. Even my mini schnauzer will be away. Tonight I'll be cooking for me.

Slab of ribs. Each half with something new.

St Louis style ribs. I've never cooked those.

Steak filet the size of a mini egg.

Multiple single apps...Salado prep.

Be like @Hapster and cook in my kitchen.

Suggestions?. Keep I'm mind I've had 2 thirty hour stretches with no sleep this week so it can't be too time consuming. Thanks.
