We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Fired up the egg after the checkered flag waved.  Cooked 3 decent sized pork chops rubbed with Uncle Yammy's Rub, raised direct at 375.  Pulled at 160 internal temp after approx 45 minutes.  Used a South Carolina mustard based dipping sauce from Big Bob Gibson.  The rub and sauce worked very well together.
