BGE Stuffed chicken?

Well, definitely not good looking so far, but I decided to try the BGE stuffed chicken I saw, I stuffed mine with havarti jalapeno cheese, going to do a side of pasta with homemade marinara sauce (extra olives). Few pics as I start, and one with me in the man cave while I wait for the egg. (back deck, or new home for the egg, will not be completed till April, so still cooking outside garage back pad, and don’t mind it one bit)

Nothing like egging and hockey in the winter. Except for snowboarding for me.

Almost at temp, still not looking to pretty, however, the smell of the cheese and chipotle sauce right now are killing me, unbelievable...

Turned out pretty good actually, tons of flavor, not as juicy as i wanted. but good..Slice of grilled pineapple sprinkled with cinnamon on the side, so i had to make some room on the grill, (kids request).
