Did you end up taking the dome off or just muscle the XL in place?

I have that same light, didn't make it a month, I guess I thought it was more weatherproof than it is.

Not at your house dude. Those eggs would be hard to get out of your pool.

Its a piece of crap I got at the squall-mart. Don't expect it to last too long. When it goes out, i'M going to go the mic stand route and led flashlight that Nola posted on here. Hanging a new light today from the gazebo that will provide enough area lighting.

Thanks man, yes the ends drop. My brother in law in Springfield LA built this table for me and thats one of the design features we added when we were drawing it up.

I did take the dome off, moving it was a breeze after that. Should be illegal it was so easy.

BTW, my niece is at OU in Pharmacy school. Been to the campus a few times to visit. Had a real nice time. Bricktown is a blast. Got hammered down there.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Cooking some St. Louis spare ribs today, will post some pics later. One thing I learned with this table is that an XL is huge. I thought the table was huge until i put the egg in it. Also, it is tongue and groove Cypress and it is HARD stuff. Getting screws in it is a challenge.

Yeah brick town has come a long way in the past couple of years. The Thunder doing so well has helped that too, Kevin Durant is putting in a restaurant right on the canal that has potential to be awesome.

OU's campus is a cool place as well.

Can't wait to see a pic of the the XL in action with a shot of the Gazebo too!
