We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! sunday night appetizers

Decided to just do a few appetizers last night for dinner we weren't too hungry. Did mushroom caps with crushed garlic and oil in them and cream cheese and shredded cheese. Then did some pork shots cut 1/2 inch thick with cream cheese and brown sugar with a couple of them having a sweet bbq sauce in them. Also roasted a garlic for some bread.
