We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. About to throw this baby on at around 11:00 PM. It was 14.34 lbs untrimmed. After trimming, it's just shy of 11 lbs. Hopefully I'll be able to get a little sleep, but I have tomorrow off, so no worries either way.
