Ok...full disclosure....These "breakfast tacos" were consumed at 2:53 in the pm. My wife and I had a little get together last night to celebrate me joining the 1/2 dead club (40). My friends and I though it would be a good idea to act like we were back in college. Needless to say, things are a little hazy today and the devil is in the details. There wasn't a jungle cat in the bathroom and I don't see any police reports...so I think I'm good. While hydrating, i decided to make some pulled pork BT's. topped off with some Tony Chachere's and Daigle's. silly good. imageimage
