Sunday's Cook...

Sitting here enjoying a good stick and some Double Oak after finishing up my BGO shoot...

I have two racks of pork and one of beef that I am planning on doing tomorrow indirect at about 350 till done with some Swamp Venom and Wegmans Organic BBQ sauce. The wife is hankering for something different; so I am going to make a meat lasagna as well after the ribs come off. Might try the BGE version...

Time to get back on the low/no carb wagon on Monday. Thank God for the 80/20 rule :))
