Bone-In Pork Roast

Did two tonight.  They seem to be small lately.  As it is we ate all but one slice on one, and the other is instant left overs.

Well marinate in (you guessed it) Dichickos Garlic.

Done indirect with a Woo and a stone.  Cooked at 400 until the internal was 140 or higher.

Served with sweet potatoes.
