I have had my large Egg for about 2 weeks now, and I am loving it

! I have found this forum extremely useful, so I thought I'd share last nights cook: sirloin steak.
I fired up the Egg, got a nice fire going, temperature reading of about 550 and tossed my steak on there. Seared that side for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes, then flipped it over and did the same on the other side. Next I closed everything down and let the heat in there finish it off for about 5 minutes longer.
I just rubbed the steak with olive oil and seasoned with sea salt and freshly grind pepper. Steak came off at about medium-rare, and was amazing!
Hope these pictures post and convey how good it was.
Also, next time I will make sure I take a shot after I cut it.
