The Spouse ordered a simple steak and fries meal for Valentine's Day, and promised to make it worth my while.

Strips with McCormack Montreal. Done in the XL with the lump pushed to the back, making a direct and an indirect zone. Well stabilized at 400 and cooked indirect until the internal was about 115, then direct to hit around 130.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
