Relatively boring cook tonight. SWMBO wanted salad, I wanted beef. Decided on flank steak salad with a red wine vinegarette. No pics because quick cook and I am sure you have seen strips of the most beautifully cooked and meticulously sliced med rare flank steak on a bed of greens in the history of egghead forum, right?
Anyway, picked up two 62oz growlers of ales to accompany. Good meal, but I have half a flank steak left and I need your suggestions on something creative to cook with it. And go.......

I like to take the meat and make fajitas with bell peppers,onions, tomatillos, cilantro, fresh tortillas, sour cream and guacamole.
