We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Try #3 - Weekend Cooks

Went with 2 cooks this weekend that had looked good from the forum, first I did @Dyal’s Calzones.

Did high in dome at a dome of 500° for about 10 minutes. One was Ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and cherry tomatoes. Mine was Italian sausage, mushrooms, and onions with ricotta and mozzarella and a little parm.Egg wash for color, didn’t use any sauce and  they were eggcellent

Then I did the bacon wrapped mushrooms from @bigguy136

These were both Eggcelent and will be repeated
