For our pork chops, we like to first dredge them in flour seasoned with season salt. Then dipped in egg. Then dredged in panko to finish. Then fried up in a little bit of canola oil. It'll make you wanna smack your momma.
It helps to have thicker cut chops so they don't dry out. We had some rice and okra on the side tonight. I also like to have hot sauce close by on poke chop night.
