Todays Lunch--- Dyal_SC's Ranch Wings

Did a version of Dyal_SC's ranch wings today. Grabbed two packs of drumettes. Sauce was 1 cup of Crystal Wing Sauce, 3/4 cup ranch dressing, 1 tsp of cayenne, couple of dashes of garlic hot sauce. Rub was equal parts Hog Dust, Bad Byrons, and half as much corn meal to make them crispy. The combination of rub and sauce was the best I have ever had.

Went on the egg at 400 indirect with rub. Flipped after 30 minutes. At an hour I pulled them and tossed them in the sauce, then back to the egg for 15 minutes. Literally the best wings I have ever eaten. SWMBO rarely eats wings after a bad experience years ago, but she devoured these with me. Not sure the pics show how crispy these got. Thanks Dyal!!
