Yesterday blasted out (so much quicker than I thought) Turbo Ribs. Done in 50 mins when expecting min of 75 to 90. At first I thought maybe the Mini just gets hotter (but 350 is 350 in a Mini or in an oven). So tonight checked Tel-Tru and found it was reading 12 deg low. Checked other two and they were right on.
So check the gauge.
And learned beef ribs cook faster than pork.
