I need a recipe for boneless hot wings. I know technically they are not wings if they are boneless but that is how the family likes them. I would like one recipe for HOT and one recipe for honey BBQ or something the wife and kids would enjoy. Please include egg set up as well. Thanks

I think it is unlawful to cook chicken wings w/o bones. ~:>

When you say boneless wings are you actually going to remove the bones from actual wings or are you going to use boneless skinless breast, boneless thighs, etc.?

Not trying to be a smart@$$, but boneless what? If you are cooking something that has skin and fat on it, it will be a totally different cook then if you are doing some thing skinless.

Alright, depending on cost get your chicken, my store sells chicken tenders that are already cut into strips that are about 2/3  of an inch wide and about 3 inches long.  Otherwise get your chicken breasts and cut them to your desired size.  Rinse and pat dry, let air dry in the fridge for a hour if possible.  Then take some dairy product of your choosing, buttermilk is preferable, but if looking to go healthy you could go as low as 2 % milk.  Possibly greek yogurt if that's your thing.

Salt and pepper the dairy product and put the chicken into it in a resealable bag and let sit as long as 24 hours but an hour will do. Then get some flour and corn starch and coat the chicken in flour/corn starch mix (probably 6 parts flour to one part corn starch. Cook the chicken indirect til about 150 internal temp then use a separate sauce for your hot wing and your honey bbq. Back to the egg til the sauce sets.

Not sure what kind of recipe you were looking for but this could be a start.  Go to www.nakedwhiz.com and look up his "the chicken" recipe.  That's a good base to start with anything. And no it's not a porn site, not sure how he came up with the name, but lots of great info there on lump, recipes, etc.

    Good luck.
